Sevier County Schools Fight for the Cure

Several staff members from the Sevier County School System, along with friends and family, showed up in full force for Knoxville’s 12^th annual Susan G. Koman Race for a Cure on Saturday, October 11, 2008. 

This 5K walk/run event to raise money and awareness for breast cancer drew approximately 11 thousand participants from all over. 

Sevier County School System had an estimated 40 walk/runners that joined the crusade to fight breast cancer.

  To everyone who participated, thank you and we will look forward to seeing you next year.
